Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized USPS location or blue collection box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
